A team is one memory for the people on a piece of work. Save a decision to the team once, and everyone on it recalls it from their own AI. Your personal memory stays private.
A team has its own memory, kept the same way yours is: decisions, plans, people, references, learnings and state. Sharing is per team. Every AI you use loads your personal memory and your teams; only what goes into a team is shared.
In the web app, the API and the connector’s tools, a team is called a project.
Create a team in the web app or from any AI you use: “nura, create a team called Harbor.” A target date is optional; your AI learns it from a sentence like “we ship on the 15th.”
Invite people by email, from the web app or your AI: “nura, invite priya@… to Harbor.” The invitation is tied to that address: your teammate accepts it the next time they sign in with it. A teammate without an account gets one on accepting, with an empty, private personal memory.
Invitations don’t expire: a pending one stands until it’s accepted or revoked, and can be re-sent. On Personal a team holds up to five people, the owner included, and a pending invitation counts toward the five. Teams has no limit.
An Owner can do everything, including transferring ownership and deleting the team.
An Admin invites people and manages invitations, adds and removes Members and Viewers, sets their roles up to Admin, renames the team, and sets its target date and what every decision must carry. An Admin can’t remove or demote an Owner, transfer ownership, or delete or restore the team.
A Member reads and writes the team’s memory. A Viewer is read-only: they can read it and see who’s on the team. Only someone who outranks you can change your role.
Open the team on any AI you use and it starts with what your teammates saved. Teammates use their own AI, and the team’s decisions, plans and people come back the same on every one. Name the team and the save goes there:
“nura, save to Harbor: we chose Postgres.”
“nura, what’s open in Harbor?”
“nura, move these to Harbor.”
A save lands in a team only when you name it or ask for it; nothing is copied in from your personal memory. Every team record says who saved it.
Your personal life stays out even when you name a team: a health note, a family matter, money that’s your own. Nuramem keeps it personal and says so.
When two teammates record conflicting decisions, both stay, along with who decided what. Anyone who asks gets both, and you settle it on the record.
Owners and Admins can make fields required or suggested, per team — for example, every decision needs a rationale, or every plan needs an owner and a date. A save that misses a required field still lands, flagged, and your AI asks you for the missing piece.
Depending on your role, you can rename a team, set its target date, change roles, remove people, transfer ownership, leave, export, delete and restore. In the web app, Owners and Admins invite and remove people, the Owner renames the team, sets its target date and deletes it, and anyone else can leave. Changing a role and transferring ownership are done from your AI or through the API.
Remove someone and they lose access right away; what they saved stays in the team, attributed to them. After a transfer, the previous Owner becomes an Admin. A sole Owner must transfer or delete the team before leaving.
A deleted team is hidden from everyone on it, and the Owner can restore it within 30 days. After that, it’s purged for good.
A Slack channel can be connected to a team with opt-in capture. Decisions made in the channel land in the team, with a visible notice in the channel. Nothing is read without opt-in. Recall them from any AI you use.
Microsoft Teams: install Nuramem for your organization. It is usually switched on for your organization within a day, and it works on every plan.
Save, search and your briefing inside Microsoft Teams, and “Save to Nuramem” on any message. It works on every plan. Each person connects their own Nuramem account once, and what Nuramem answers goes to that person alone.
The first message from your organization reaches us, and Nuramem is usually switched on for your organization within a day — until then the people who try it hear so in Teams, and your admin can write to gethelp@nuramem.ai. The app asks for no access to mail, files, calendars or messages that aren’t addressed to it.
What Teams costs is on Pricing.
